Oceanfront Condo available in a secured and gated community with private access to the beach which is just a walk down the stairs. This Condo is a split unit like a townhouse has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room and WIFI for all your devices. My favorite spot in this Condo is the private balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Best morning coffee view ever.

The Condo has two beds to sleep 6 very comfortably but also has three futons that unfold into twin size beds for parties of more than 6. I should also mention, specifically for a pair of couples considering this rental, that the bedrooms were designed and built without doors, although privacy can be had for the second bedroom is in an upstairs loft.

Just 12 miles south of the US Border and 4 miles north of Rosarito makes this Condo very accessible to experience and enjoy the nightlife and food varieties that both Rosarito and Tijuana have to offer as well as a short ride back to the border or the Tijuana airport.

This Condo also has three lower levels that you have access to. The first is an open area perfect for sunbathing, practicing Yoga or any other relaxing under the sun activities. This areas only shade is under the bar in the corner. The second area has a fire-pit, a BBQ and a table that provides the perfect atmosphere to have a dinner to remember forever. The third is down on the beach. This area has a table under a Palapa so you may relax with a cooler full of your favorite drinks just one step away from the beach. Since the condo is adjacent to a house these terraces are shared when and if the house is rented.

Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. There are also a number of small restaurants and bars at the exit of San Antonio del Mar's security gate.

As you can see, whether you need to get away to relax or maybe to get a little wild, this Condo is perfect for pair of couples or a family that needs an escape.
