The room was very small but seems to be the norm in Tokyo, as we stayed at another nearby hotel and it was similar in size. The room was very clean and the customer service was excellent. They stored our luggage for a few hours free of charge, which we were very thankful for.

I've stayed at several hotels in Japan and this was the first one that I found to be dirty. It was very small, so its possible that the staff cannot clean it properly. It seems quite old and needs to be updated - a complete overhaul would be great. The staff and amenities were great. It was in a decent location and short walk to Omotesando.

Is a quiet place just minutes away from the busy Shibuya and Roppongi. Many interesting restaurants in the neighbourhood and connections to the subway.
