The staff was not accommodating. The beds were super uncomfortable and the food was not good quality. They didn’t even ask how our stay was. Very disappointed for a supposed 4 star hotel.

Service was phenomenal! Asao was a wonderful guide to our room. The room was very clean, and the view of the Tokyo SKYTREE was so special. Breakfast buffet was generous and excellent.

The view from the Hotel of the Sky tower was beautiful, but the weather meant it wasn't always visible. The room was lovely the staff were helpful. The hotel was 5 minutes from a 24 hour Don quijote, sensei temple, inichen Ramen place and so much more.

The view from the room was the selling point - it was pretty nice! The room itself was laid out strangely, but was very spacious, and the bathroom was a little small. Overall, it was a good stay.

Extremely kind and thoughtful staff, absolutely magical view and the place to stay! Truly our best stay of our Japan experience. The hotel has the old school charm and elegance combined with the new, and it perfectly reflects the wonderful spirit of Tokyo! We enjoyed hanging out with our friends on the 28th floor lounge with the best view in Tokyo, our room had it too! The hair and face products are also great quality, beds are super comfortable, we had nice rest. Everything perfect, we’ll be back, thank you Asakusa View Hotel!

This hotel was amazing! We stayed on the 21st floor facing Tokyo Skytree and the views were magical. Great neighborhood, walkable to a ton of things and right on a subway line. My only complaint is that the AC had already been turned off for the season and it got quite warm in the room, but they sent up a fan to help remedy the situation.

Great location. Love the view. The room was amazing and the staff were incredible. I do wish the breakfast buffet changed the menu a little every morning, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Excellent location for Asakusa, but v tired rooms and facilities. Under no circumstances accept room 1824! They agreed to move us on from that stuffy, noisy shoebox. Poor value for money all around.

朝食会場の隣同士の席が近かったので もう少し離れていると良いと思った。 利用客の中に(中国の方のようだった)香水の強い方がいて、そばを通るたびに匂いがして、食事に影響して困った。　その様な方にはスタッフが気を効かせて離れた席に誘導してもらえると、助かると思った。 部屋からの景色は素晴らしかった。
