Located in the Shinjuku area, it’s a 2- to 5-minute walk to the restaurant district and a 5-minute train ride from Shinjuku Station. The rooms have been renovated to ensure comfort, tradition, and safety.

The accommodation features 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 restroom—this unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.

★Bedding includes 2 double beds (size: 140 × 200),
. There is ample space under the beds, so you can easily unpack your suitcases.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, one induction cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, kitchenware, cooking utensils, tableware for four people (plates and cups), a washing machine, a shower, a hair dryer, and, of course, air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions.

★There are stairs leading up to the unit.

☆The room offers high-speed Wi-Fi with unlimited data. TV (you can watch local channels, as well as a wide variety of content such as YouTube and Amazon Prime),
high-speed Wi-Fi—you can use this device to stay connected to your smartphone, tablet, or PC. It makes exploring Tokyo much easier.

**You can store your luggage in the room before check-in (starting at 11:00 AM).
**You can store your luggage in the room after check-out (until 3:00 PM). If you need to store your luggage beyond that time, please contact me.

We are now required to ask all guests to provide the following information to create a guest registry. ・Guest’s full name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number
・A photo showing the entire passport

If you are unable to provide this information, we may unfortunately have to refuse your stay.

*Smoking is prohibited inside the room.If you wish to smoke, please do so only in the designated areas. (Under no circumstances should you litter in the neighborhood.)
*My apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise when entering or exiting the building and while inside the apartment. Please do not disturb the neighbors. Do not leave trash in public areas. If you encounter any issues or complaints from neighbors, please contact me immediately.
* Please confirm the number of guests listed on your reservation. If there are additional guests, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
*Please note that if you fail to follow these rules, you may be asked to check out even if your stay has not yet ended. Therefore, please be sure to adhere to the house rules.
