I booked a superior one-bedroom room for my mom, who was traveling alone, because she didn’t want to stay in a two-bedroom when there was no one with her. At check-in, the front desk staff told her they were giving her an “upgrade” to a larger room. But when she went into the room, it turned out to be a standard two-bed room, which is a downgrade to a lower grade and not what she wanted. This was misleading and very disappointing. When a guest is told they’re being upgraded, it should truly mean a better room, not less. I raised this issue afterward, but the hotel denied any responsibility. I hope the hotel improves its communication and customer service so this does not happen to future guests.

The room size isn't big but everything else is well designed and comfortable. Because it's located inside the airport terminal, early departure on the next day was so convenient. The bed was very comfortable, too. I had a good rest.

This was a good airport hotel, but still just an airport hotel. It was adequate for 1 night before departure, but I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time. The people were very nice and the amenities were fine - overall it was just okay, as I would expect in an airport.
