I liked that we could pick our own free objects, it is less wasteful and more tailored to guests that way. The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable but we both agree it smells strange in the room (like old) after a while we were used to it. Other than that, I thought it was cool that we could see outside in the corridors, the walls had no windows. We did try to access the the vending machines, we couldnt get through the door to them and it was too out of the way to ask for help...

The front desk was amazing. We could not stay in a smoked room because my friend would become very ill and possibly needed hospitalized. So they found us 2 nights there non smoking room and the third night manager said if we could find a hotel, he will refund our money. The breakfast was very minimal and the cafe coffee maker did not work properly.

The room and bathroom are clean with all necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was healthy and delicious. There is a 7-Eleven across the street and a Lawson 2 blocks away which are very convenient. I wish they could be helpful with Tak-Q-Bin service - we were told the hotel couldn't provide the service due to the weather condition of Fujikawaguchiko - we then found out there was no such 'weather condition.'
