Very friendly staff. Nice views and very clean. Also, right next to train station which made it very easy to get around Tokyo. In addition, the hotel is adjacent to a mall. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel after first landing in Tokyo following a 18 hour journey. It was a perfect location to recharge the batteries as it was a much quieter neighbourhood than the other parts of the city we moved onto. That being said location was still fantastic with direct lift access into Toyosu station that connected us across the city.

The hotel staff was very rude. The room had a weird odor when the air filter unit was on, but the views from the hotel were amazing. Also, the buffet was excellent, but did not offer much variety from day to day.
