This property is just off the highway so very convenient. The surrounding area is a little run down but appeared safe and was quiet. The outside and lobby are a little dated but the room was very clean and the bed and the bathroom appeared recently updated. Staff was super nice. Overall for the price it was a 5 star winner.

Why don't you ask if there was any thing unacceptable. Due to the fact that I called prior to coming down there, I talked to a girl on the phone, Olivia, which I found her name out when I got there was trying to find out information about the hotel and the amenities with it and I was asking questions and and she hung up the phone on me and as she was hanging the phone up by her to say I don't have time for this and I kept saying I have more questions. I have more questions and she just hung up the phone on me because she didn't wanna be bothered to answer anything. I was very upset and very dissatisfied with her attitude even after I got there, and I know she realized who I was I didn't say a word to her, but that's unacceptable for somebody to hang up the phone and I called back three or four times even using my granddaughter's phone and she would not answer the phone. I was not happy about that.

Good place to stay

Good hotel. The breakfast was good too. The stuff in the room was noisy. The toilet bowl was very low to the ground (made it hard to get back up). And the bed was comfortable but too soft (not enough back support). But those are minor things. The stay was just fine.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times on my trips from the east coast on my way to Michigan. The only issue on this trip was that the desk chair was completely broken, was listing to one side and was almost unusable. It needs to be replaced. I was in room 139.
