Will definitely visit again when in Toledo.

Very nice hotel. All staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great - plenty and varied. Rooms very clean - quiet at night (even with lots of children around!).

Barn door for a bathroom. Absolutely no privacy. Gaps on both sides and no lock. No fan in bathroom. Also pet friendly but charge $75. Do you charge extra for kids? They can leave just as much of a mess as a dog who was crated the whole time while in the room.

Great for families!

We stayed overnight here at the halfway point for a family trip and loved it so much we decided to book the same hotel on the way back. Great pool, hot tub, gym and a better than average Hampton breakfast. Staff were all so friendly and attentive and checkin was easy. 10/10 recommend

When I first checked in the receptionist at the desk made no sense and she was happy about the dance people coming. I left the key for my sister and somehow it got lost so I still had to wake up and let her into the hotel room.

Dissappointing

Did not like the sliding bathroom door and it was too close to the bed. Also we thought there was no closet but accidentally found it behind the window drapes (no window). Weird.

Rooms, hallways, elevators, etc. are beat up and need a renovation...the room had scalding hot water for 1-2 minutes then lukewarm water thereafter...not worth the rate

Property is under construction still!! No warning or alert given until we were woke on a Saturday and Sunday to hammers & drills going off. When we made complaint we were asked why we didn’t do anything, ask for a different room?? My question is why at this rate $$ we were put in that room in the first place? Tried this place in the past because of convenience & it was under construction then. 2nd try, will not try again
