Couldn’t hook up my sons Xbox that he was excited for because HDMI wasn’t available, remote stopped working had to figure out how to reprogram it to the tvwantes to extend my stay but that was made to be a mission so I said forget it, our room phone did not work so if I needed service I had to hunt someone down personally

The size and features of this suite were great for what we needed. We would actually stay there again. However, the bathroom door was ill fitting and could barely close. You had to shove the door into the frame and then it was hard to get it back open to get out. The toilet seat was loose and slid around. When we spoke to the front desk at around 8pm after our check-in they said maintenance was gone for the day and there was not a comparable suite to move us to. They said they would give us some type of discount off the room but in the morning we were told there was nothing that could be done because we had booked through Hotels.com. Small side note there were two tiny rolls of toilet paper on the holder and we were told we would have to go to the front desk if we wanted more. It seems to me that if the paper is almost out a fresh roll should be left in the room by housekeeping or at least someone could bring some up upon request.

The staff were nice and polite But , the hotel while updated was a disaster! My room smelled like sewer in the bathroom the entire trip and Tv in the bedroom never worked and they knew it before I even complained. I was taking a shower and the water was shut off right in the middle of me having soap all over my body and was off for over 30 minutes. And no one told was. The room should not have been issued at all.
