Please renovate!!

Pros: Not much. Lobby was much nicer than the rest of the hotel.
Cons: Room furnishings, materials, replace carpets. Bathrooms need serious work.
Location: Stayed here for a wedding in Kettleby.
Not much competition in the area but that's no reason to make your guests endure such an outdated and uncomfortable living situation. I essentially tried to get in and out as fast as I could. Please renovate and/or update your hotel... it really isn't 1995 anymore.
