Overall great stay but minor implications, ice machine on 7th floor not working or producing little ice, fridge in room not on when we got there - they fixed it. Only one house coat in room for two people. Biggest complaint bar shuts down at 11pm, went for a night cap and was closed. Somebody needs to rethink this, 2 drinks would cover the labour cost, you only need 1 person on - people want to unwind when they get back to hotel.

The room was clean and well organized. The check in to check out was smooth and the staffs were very courteous. I do wish I was able to use the pool but the day I went to the Hotel, it was the first day it opened after the renovation so the water was freezing cold.
