The staff are fantastic, the pool area is really nice the kids had a blast on water slide and the hot tub was relaxing. The little coffee station was a nice added touch and the cookies in the late afternoon were delicious

We were not even there 5 hours and my daughter’s truck was stolen. The staff said not our problem and gave her a bottle of water that is it. No help with anything else. Your property and not responsible, maybe not completely but have compassion and help people. The cost of everything that had to be done with no vehicle was not expected and they did nothing but say management was aware of it. Never going there again and will let everyone know

Good family stay

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Checkin was good. Kids enjoyed the pool with the slide. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast service was good with basic items. Staff was friendly. Location is okay. No resturant an are within walkable area.

Day of reservation, booked 2 nights in error and tried to correct an hour later (prior to official check in time) called and emailed hotel and Expedia and both parties decided to capatilized on this error and refused to refund the night we were not there. Terrible management. Will not return.

Security sucks. Had my truck stolen right out of the parking lot, the first night of a two night stay. The location of this hotel is in an industrial area so beware. If the theft wasn’t bad enough the hot tub was also disgusting there was so much dirt and grime built up, we actually took one of the pool towels and tried to clean it some.

We stayed 12 days and we were so happy the room was clean. Everything was lovely. We needed some extra hangers they were provided. We needed an extra luggage rack to set up our luggage because we had so much clothing for the long day. Everything for us was accommodating and lovely. Great trip great hotel great staff.

Travelled there with family. (Hubby & Kids) The kids LOVED the hotel, specifically the swimming pool, hot tub and large waterside. They had more fun at this hotel than at Canada's Wonderland. The rooms were not the newest but kept clean. We likes that the room had a living room area with one TV and the bed area with another TV. Felt like a studio apartment. The towels offered by the pool are clean and plentiful. The gym is small but does the job! Great treadmills, elliptical, stationary bicycle and other... Now for my favorite part, THE BUFFET breakfast! Where do I start? Bagels and cream cheese/peanut butter/jam, waffles, eggs, breakfast sausages, white and brown toast, 2 types, 4 types of cereal, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, a BUNCH of teas, coffee, hot chocolate.... We were so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful complimentary breakfast! Even with the vast amount of sports teams staying at the hotel over the weekend, the hotel never seemed crowded. There was almost never a wait for the elevators which we have experienced in other hotels on multiple occasions... I almost never return to the same place twice, (except for Atlantis in the Bahamas,) BUT I'd actually gladly return to this hotel, especially since the kids loved it!
