Room was clean with comfortable bed. Staff was courteous and professional. But the shuttle should run later than 730 PM AND the hotel should be called a different name. Unknown to us, there is another Airport Hilton Garden hotel and we didn't realize the shuttle running at 930 PM was for that hotel and not ours. So after going to the wrong hotel, then back to airport, then being told there's no shuttle - take a cab (and $44 later), we finally arrived. Was super frustrating! And i won't ever stay there again because of the poor shuttle times.

Was within walking distance from quite a few ok restaurants. However there was no shuttle and was already kind of pricey compared to other Hilton Gardens that were closer to airport.

Everything was okay until i got into my room The tub that we paid extra for was dirty and the the toilet was clogged and we had to ask yhe front desk three times to send someone up and when they did send someone up he left a mess of wharever was dripping on the snake he used to unclog the toilet
