I didn’t expect that kind of break fast and quick service. I called for hair dryer. It was replaced right way. The room was very clean. The employees in breakfast area were courteous and kind. All employees were performing their duties well. Parking lot was safe and clean.

The staff was rude, I reserved 2 rooms a month before. We checked into one room early and headed to Canada Wonderland. I double checked we would still have room 2 ready when we got back as close to each other as poosible. When 7 of us got back to hotel at 11pm very tired, looking to shower and sleep, they tell us we don't have another room for you. They thought it was a double booking mistake because we checked into one room and not the other at same time. The other room wasn't cleaned yet but would be ready when we came back. Anyways they gave our second room to someone else, leaving 7 of us in one room till they figure it out. The staff was rude and not very understanding, of course couldn't talk to manager. The front desk yelled at us and got angry with us because we were now all waiting to get another room an

The beds were very comfortable and the shower is amazing! The water pressure was fluffy and relaxing! The Indian man at the front desk (his first initial begins with A and the last letter is a K) was very helpful and so knowledgeable about the Toronto area!
