The room was nice, amenities were good but the Air conditioning kept stopping and starting because the thermostat control was right under the vent. The result is our room was very hot and I sweated in bed all night both nights I stayed there. They need to fix that issue. Doesn’t matter how comfortable the beds and pillows are (and they are super comfortable) if you can’t sleep cause you are hot and sweating.

PROS:This is a beautiful hotel. The main lobby is decorated amazingly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to activities and tourist attractions. Gym was great and had many options, very clean and modern. CONS: We had a room with two double beds which was super small. Definitely think about upgrading. The cleanliness of the room was just ok. Pool is small and was really busy.

Beds had ruts in them and were very uncomfortable. Being summer we wanted a cool room to sleep in and the air wouldn't go below 18.5 C so with 4 people in the room, it was hot. Also, not enough towels for all of us to shower. Only parking available is valet at $75 a night unless you park 2 blocks away underground ($25) and walk with your baggage to the hotel.
