Check in was horrific. Elevator system brutal. Every person we ran into had same issues and said their experience was terrible too. Hotel is gorgeous but your staff and poor protocols should be giving me at least 50 percent of me bill back. Terrible experience. You were handing our water in the check in line up because the wait was so long. Can’t believe you charge this much for such awkward services. We have stayed here for many occasions and love it. This visit makes me and our 8 accompanying think twice. How about a credit or compensation if you ever want us to come back and recommend again. As of today, you’ve lost us and embarrassed us with our 8 friends we brought here. Very disappointing
