Important camera note Your current description says cameras are inside the common lobby, second-floor lobby, and third-floor lobbies. Before keeping that on Vrbo, I would verify whether Vrbo allows indoor cameras in shared/common areas for your property type. If not, those cameras should be disabled for Vrbo bookings or removed from guest-accessible indoor areas. For Vrbo-safe listing language, I would only use: No indoor cameras or recording devices are located inside guest accommodations, bedrooms, bathrooms, or private interior guest spaces. Exterior cameras may monitor entrances, parking areas, driveway areas, and shared outdoor access points. Noise monitoring devices may measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.
We never received an email with check in instructions. I messaged the host and got no response. I called VRBO and they we finally able to get the host to email us instructions and the instructions were incorrect, we still couldn't get in the door. We had to call for a second time to have someone walk us through it - only to find out the email left out some of the key code. The room was fine but the "hot breakfast" was disappointing because it wasn't hot. The food looked good, but the fried and scrambled eggs were on an open plate (I think it was on some kind of warming pad), and they were cold. Sausage was cold. There was a nice selection and it could have been a very nice breakfast - but it was cold. The grounds were very nice and the facility itself was very nice. Just wish we had not had the couple hickups we had.
