Welcome to Mesquite Ranch! You will enter through the covered carport area door and you will be greeted into the lovely kitchen area that has wonderful natural lighting giving a bright airy feel. It will deliver all you will need to make the perfect meal with all the amenities of home. Its fully loaded!
Next you will enter into a long hallway where you will notice the higher ceilings, archways, beautiful wooden doors and beams, giving you that warmth of a country home, and modern artistic accents that bring new life to the space.
The Master bedroom/ Buffalo bedroom will be off to your right. This room has a comfy king size bed with high quality bed dressings set for a quality sleep. Some other features are; a large sitting bench at the end of bed, ceiling fan, beautiful natural light through big window with curtains to give privacy and darken room for sleep, spacious walk in closet, and master bathroom. For families with little ones there is even space for a pop up crib or bassinet in this spacious bedroom.
Two more bedrooms lie off of this hallway.
The Green Bedroom is a bright and cheerfully playful space with its bohemian design and fun accent color palette. The room is centered by a queen size bed covered in high quality linens for a great night’s sleep or a place to relax after a long hike.
The Gold Bedroom breaths eclectic elegance with is many textures and patterns complimented by a warm color scheme. It’s a perfect place to rest your head, daydream or do some writing or business in its tucked away office space. The room suites business, pleasure and creativity alike. This energy flows into the entirety of the house inside and out.
Off of the hallway opposite of the bedrooms is a beautiful shade covered outdoor porch space which includes both a dining area with BBQ, and a large bench style sitting area lavished with an abundance of colorful pillows.
At the end of the hall lies the living room. Enter through the archway and notice the higher ceilings with wonderful wooden beam accents and the amazing natural light pouring through a nice large window. The features of this room include an overstuffed couch and additional seating, a TV, a dining space, and mini bar area with small frig for storing any poolside beverages.
Which leads us to the backyard! Here you will find the pool and a great lounging space poolside to relax, cool down, or work on a tan on the warmer desert days or you can cool off and take a break from the desert sun under the covered porch area. A perfect space for everyone to enjoy in or out of the pool. Additionally, there is an outside shower area for rinsing off before and after your swim, a fire pit area to hangout under the stars, large dining table to eat or play games, BBQ for some good ole grillin, and outdoor game space.

This area is fully private and fenced giving a peaceful country charm by including a quaint sitting area under living room window as well as a hot tub space tuck away in the corner.
