The staff were Friendly and helpful but I was getting way too many texts, emails and messages in all possible portals ( messages over Expedia, emails and also messages on WhatsApp ) which I found overwhelming and so much that I didn’t read all communication as it was just a lot!
We had a humidity / mold in our room in the first night which was really unpleasant but the acted well on the second day and changed us to another one, which was better but you can still smell the humidity.
I didn’t appreciate the breakfast offer as you don’t have much to chose from and the portions were pretty small, you get a one croissant or small fruit salad, one main dish ( with two eggs and two small slices of bread) coffe and a small juice.
