The staff were Friendly and helpful but I was getting way too many texts, emails and messages in all possible portals ( messages over Expedia, emails and also messages on WhatsApp ) which I found overwhelming and so much that I didn’t read all communication as it was just a lot! We had a humidity / mold in our room in the first night which was really unpleasant but the acted well on the second day and changed us to another one, which was better but you can still smell the humidity. I didn’t appreciate the breakfast offer as you don’t have much to chose from and the portions were pretty small, you get a one croissant or small fruit salad, one main dish ( with two eggs and two small slices of bread) coffe and a small juice.

Loved, loved, loved. The staff is phenomenal. Everything is spotless. The grounds are small, but picturesque. They have a great restaurant attached to the hotel and across at another property. A money changer’s is next door, so is a nail salon, and a Circle K is a few steps down the street. The free shuttle into town is great, but Grabs are also incredibly cheap.

Fantastic experience! A true 5 star hotel with many amenities , great spa , gym , pool area beautiful with jungle view , . Very good variety of breakfast , more than everything it is the intimate feeling of service in everything within the hotel . You feel all the time the hotel employees are doing all they can to make you feel happy Room was perfect spacious , clean , big terrace facing the trees , great bathroom with fantastic soaps , great large bed very comfortable . We would like to point out especially three employees which have been 200% nice and helpful with us : prima from reception , Pera and fiera from restaurant and last one Dwina from reception . We enjoyed the food in the restaurant very much , all dishes were fantastic and perfect touch - by the way we went one time to Elys kitchen and was less successful in every way . Two only issues can state , the hotels day tour offered are extremely expensive approx twice what we found , second the photography session offered by the hotel with complimentary 1 photo per room was good , only that the photographer took some 50 pictures he offered to sell us 6 pictures for 1 million which we felt was not nice , we would suggest the hotel to offer 4 pictures per room without additional charge , I believe this would be much more appreciated by guests ! I would definitely come back to ADIWANA Suweta hotel only ! If coming back to Bali

I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. I gave up and ate a bit of my breakfast and lost my interest in eating. This would be my biggest concern that they would need to make a new meal if my allergy was serious. Overall my stay was great.

We stayed here while we are at UBUD. They are very friendly and well-maintained hotel. I loved the staffs who was very kind and nice! They also have pretty garden and swimming pool. But we didn’t have a chance to get in there. Tell you the truth, you have no time to stay at the hotel because the city is too much things to do. There was a small sewer issues but they came and fix right away. Only one concern was the air conditioning system. Likely other south Asian countries, they don’t clean the filter that often so it could smell fungus a little bit. But it was much better than other hotels. Breakfast area was authentic and nice!! They are not the buffet style but the quality of the food was healthy and yum!!! We loved it! I think I wanna stay here again when I visit Bali next time!

We absolutely loved Adiwana Suweta. We stayed in one of the private villas, which was absolutely spectacular. But most of all, the staff was incredible! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and they made us feel so welcome! I highly recommend it! We'd love to visit again!
