We did not get a free breakfast for $350 a night ! The refrigerator in room did not work we had to get ice to keep a few things we had cold. There was No hot water in the morning when we took showers but there was hot water the night before. The lightbulbs in the room need to be changed half of them are dimming. They truly need house keeping to come clean and dust they have more dust on the lamp shades it’s disgusting I have pictures. I most definitely had a better stay at the holiday inn and had a very nice breakfast that was included.

Lobby Christmas decorations were exceptional - esp the “Gingerbread Village”. Also our meal at the Steak House was exceptional. Any staff we spoke to were most helpful. All in All a great place to stay!
