Bellini 10 - Casin dei Spiriti

This great accommodation is located in a oasis of peace and calm, called Casin dei Spiriti, dedicated to relax and contemplation and right in front of the beautiful Murano island. Five apartments compose this building recently renovated by a famous french architect.

Bellini apartment has been renovated with attention to the details and decorations. It is divided into two floors and ideal for family or group of friends up to 4/6 people, composed of a large and bright living room, sofa bed, table and chairs and a big kitchen on the first floor. Two bathrooms and two double bedrooms on the second floor. The accommodation is well equipped: independent heating, hair dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, sheets and towels, WI-FI and TV.

It is an extraordinary place in Venice for the high quality standard, architectural details and the amazing decorations. There is also a private space, like a little courtyard to enjoy the silence and sip a glass of wine in tranquillity.

The position is good, away from the crowd. The Grand Canal and Fondamenta Nove are nearby; from here, you can reach all the major sites of the city centre and also the islands (Murano, Burano and Torcello).

Casin dei Spiriti is perfect for people who love architecture and art, to discover the huge heritage of Venice.

Grandkids trip.

The apartment is very modern in an ancient city and building. It was perfect for two preteens with their grandparents. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms was so very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet away from the hustle bustle of Saint Marks while still having good small restaurants and shops a block away. Of course everything in Venice is walkable so we didn’t miss a thing. Simon was available and helpful when we arrived and departed and for questions in between. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a superb location

This apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood, removed from the crush of people around Venice's most visited attractions. It was wonderful to walk along the canals with very few people around, and be able to appreciate the beauty of this city. We mainly walked as the more visited parts of Venice were only 5-30 minutes away. The apartment, which is accessed through a gallery, is immaculately clean and the kitchen has everything you'd need to cook some meals. Beds are very comfortable and the area is very quiet. It was wonderful to have AC in the heat of early August and views to an enclosed terrace with modern sculptures and plants. Communication was prompt, seamless and very helpful. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Hidden gem

I visit Venice frequently for work and generally stay at a hotel . For the first time I rented three apartments for a family gathering. Carnareggio is a beautiful neighborhood which I learned to appreciate for many reasons, one being quiet with many nice restaurants close by. Getting to the apartments you have to pass a beautiful hallway in another house which functions as a gallery. After that you step in a backyard where all the apartments are located, everyone with it's one little terrasse. Everyone one of them is beautiful decorate, with art on the wall and Italian designer furniture. Cozy and comfortable. We all loved our stay and I definitely would stay there again. Thanks again to the host!
