Bright and refined two-room apartment located on the second floor of a Venetian palace. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living area that includes a cozy living room with a sofa and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and TV, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.



*The building is not equipped with an elevator.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
