Villa Marisa - Ocean view and hot tub. Just a few steps from the beach

Villa Marisa is located right on the coast in Vietri sul Mare, one of the gems of the Amalfi Coast.
Perfect for families travelling together and large groups who appreciate authentic coastal design and memorable details for a vacation—such as a perfect view at sunset.

The villa consists of two 2-bedroom apartments and two en-suite rooms, for a total of 6 rooms, sleeping 12, and 4 full bathrooms.
The units are connected via terraces and short outdoor corridors, making it easy to “travel together while maintaining privacy.”

Both the interiors and exteriors feature local elements such as Vietri ceramics; the renovation project aimed to fully immerse guests in an Amalfi Coast vacation experience, starting with the materials and visual design.

The house features 3 outdoor hot tubs located on the terraces, and the Capri apartment includes an additional bathtub with hot tub jets.
There are two fully equipped kitchens, complete with modern appliances and several dining areas; the best one, of course, on the huge terrace.

Other perks of the property:

- Private parking spaces (no large vans or 7-passenger vehicles);
- Washer and dryer;
- Direct staircase to the beaches from the property;
- Option to divide the terrace spaces;
- Cleaning and linen changes every 3 days included in the price (rooms and bathrooms); option to request additional cleanings for a fee;
- Concierge team for logistics, tours, and activities.

Important things to note:

- The villa consists of 3 units: two 2-bedroom apartments and a third unit with two en-suite rooms;
- The walk from one unit to another is short but goes outside via the terrace and the stairs;
- There are 3 private parking spaces available;
- There is no large living room for the entire property, but there is a very large terrace that can accommodate all guests when they wish to gather together.

Our team will be happy to welcome and assist you in ensuring a memorable vacation.
