This property has become quite "tired" and needs some freshening up. Minor items such as very low water pressure and no bathroom fans are inconveniences. But room we were initially assigned had minimal furniture with one large/open space where sofa or loveseat had been. Also, charges for breakfast excessive & dinner meals had less than a third of the menu available. We wouldn't stay there again--too much $$ for what you get.

Arlington Trip

It was a decent stay in a convenient area. The downside of my stay was no free WiFi that I felt should have been available. I also did not appreciate having no tv on the morning of my departure. I was told they turned it off to remove snow from the satellite, but couldn’t it have waited for the afternoon when most customers had already checked out?

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Breakfast isn’t free but we don’t eat hotel breakfast anyways and found parking on the street conveniently. It was close to everything we wanted to do within 15-30 minutes. Love how safe we felt and the room was clean and comfortable!

The property is centrally located with restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walking distance and the Washington Metro only 5 minutes walk. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately our waitress during breakfast was less friendly (we were ordering a la carte). Rooms are clean but room service is every other day and they do not clean the room, only replace towels, disposable cups, etc. Note there are other breakfast options within 5 minutes walking distance.

I mentioned to the front desk that the AC/heating fan was so crazy loud I had to turn it off. Then I realized that the fridge (in room 324) was super loud. Didn't sleep much. Great hotel. Loud room.
