Il est juste correct et j avoue que j ai été déçu car je m attendais a bcp plus!il y a just le minimum.ca donne l impression qu' ils sont en difficulté,il faut tt demander même les chaussons en chambre n y sont pas et puis le nom ritz Carleton fait rêver mais ils sont très loin derrière Bcp de 5 étoiles!pour moi c est un bon 4 étoiles.

Check in was slow. Mobil app alerted me that my room was ready 2 hours after we had checked in

The only thing that needs improvement is the door ban we hear every time a nearby door closes Otherwise a great place to stay in

Great Hotel great staff, It's near the Pentagon and a Metro station to get to DC!

The staff was AMAZING!! Huge shout out to the valet gentlemen, all of them are the sweetest souls and were so helpful with everything! The bar stuff also made my friends birthday such a treat. Can’t wait to return!

펜타곤시티몰과 메트로역이 붙어 있어 매우 편리하였습니다. 무엇보다 침대 매트리스가 매우 딱 맞아 가족 모두 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다.

It was terrible. Horrible food, banging in the middle of the night, wasn't ritz quality was more like Holiday Inn.
