Waterton Park is a small town where everything is at walking distance. The buildings look a little old from outside but the rooms are in very good shape. Clean and spacious, with a small balcony. It was a nice 1 night stay.

Nice one night stay. Property is showing age & I saw that renovations are beginning on some buildings. Staff very helpful. Due to slow down in season, restaurant not open until 5 pm.

The location of the property was perfect as it was in the middle of town so we were able to walk everywhere throughout Waterton. We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. As well, no in room services.

We had to park on the street because there are not enough stalls for the number of occupants. But that really wasn’t a big deal. Our second night, the thermostat went crazy and even off, it was 31 degrees Celsius in our room at 3:30 in the morning. Of course we couldn’t call to get anyone to fix it. Even with the AC on, the door open and two available windows open it was 25 degrees by 10 am. We had practically no sleep. When I told the front desk, they just said a quick sorry and that maintenance would check. But did not do anything to rectify the situation for us. We will stay somewhere else next time. The room wasn’t even clean when we got there. There was literally candy on the floor beside the bed.
