The room was perfect for a one- night stay and given the good price, it had everything we needed. The reception staff were superb. The location is a great drawcard and given the excellent restaurant was nearly empty, we suggest advertising!!

Was not all that like a 5 star hotel, and the fact that the resturant was closed so early, also our room toilet had no cleaning toilet bowl brush, and no sink and running water facility in our room, other than having to get water from the toilet basin, i think it was a bit disgusting, bottled water in the fridge would have been appreciated to use for tea and coffee, we did not see any wifi links to use whilst at the hotel.

If you wish to be in the heart of Wellington, you could not do better. Not big rooms but an extremely comfortable king size bed and good shower. The Internet is fine for a zoom meeting. I was very happy with our two-day stay.

Location was so central that could walk everywhere, with lift going all the way down to Lambton Quay. All very comfortable and clean. Had microwave / dishes/cutlery. Was looking a little tired but amazing value, location, safety (for single woman). Nice and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Super central location only 20.min walk to bottom of courtney place. Room clean and tidy. Amazing shower.
