This is a new hotel with a lot of growth happening around it. It will be the hot spot for sure when the area around it is complete. As of now, you can enjoy the convenience of being located in the Villages, and convenient to Middleton as well. It has a wonderful walking trail and board walk area overlooking water. It was nice to have a restaurant Yamas on property and an ice scream shop SunDaze. Don’t worry, for breakfast, they change the bar into a coffee and breakfast location (not included in room price). Complimentary coffee was available. All staff was friendly. Shout out to Andrew at the front desk. He went above and beyond for us when we needed assistance. He is definitely an MVP at Eastport!
