The home was in a great location, was very clean, the kitchen was so well equipped with anything you needed and had a wonderful screened in lanai.The host, Jim, was very responsive to any questions I had and so patient with the difficulties I was having while booking (my laptop was seriously malfunctioning). I would highly recommend this rental and plan to return in late October.

An outstanding property

This property is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in during our many trips to Florida. It certainly exceeded expectations and the reason for that, the little extras that make life easier. It was well stocked with basics, cleaning materials, bin bags and basic necessities. It meant when we arrived the basics were already there. The house was clean and very comfortable. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we clicked to book, communication was excellent. Location wise, everything we needed was close by. The gated community was lovely, great local services and everything else was in easy travelling distance. The added bonus of cart to get around was welcomed and fun! We’ll certainly be back to this property, highly recommended.

It was a nice trip. Only problem was the TV selections. Since it is a stream setup we were not able to see the Olympics on the channels that were available. It was a busy trip but would have loved to see the Olympics on our down time.

Great house in a perfect location!

Location of this house couldn't have been better. Close to multiple pools, grocery stores, town squares - all accessible by golf cart! Despite the prime location, the house was very quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and the host supplied many small items (shampoo, paper towels, etc) that made our stay even better, since we didn't have to keep running to the stores. Host was great at communicating and got our membership passes for us and delivered them. We had a fantastic time at The Villages and will definitely be back!

I was visiting family close by in The Villages and the property was exactly as described! The communication with Jim was excellent. Two pools were close by and it's centrally located to all amenities. I'd definitely want to come back and stay again!

Great Little Villa

This villa is in a wonderful location. Close to the town squares for great shopping, restaurants and music. Came with a nice golf cart and a large propane grill. Very reasonable rates and the owner checked on us often to see if anything was needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice and very adequate for our one week stay. Might be time for newer towels and master tv was limited use based on my abilities. We will go with a larger place if we come back for a month. Our property manager Jim was great and very responsive. Overall very good experience.

Fantastic

Outstanding place to stay, very nice home with everything you need. Comfortable way of living with a warm inviting atmosphere. Great couch, TV's, and bed. Golf cart is awesome with wonderful seats. Close to Brownwood Town Center and Sumpter. Owner is wonderful to work with and very pleasant. We plan to frequent this place based on how wonderful the accommodations are and the owner. Loved it!!

The Villa was turnkey with everything we needed for our stay including a golf cart. A very nicely decorated and comfortable Florida Villa. Loved how close you were to multiple pools and golf courses. Short golf cart ride to town square of Brownwood for all our entertainment. Would absolutely book again.
