Very clean and comfortable. There was too much ambient light at night coming from the window and around the door. Even with the curtains closed light was still coming in from above the curtain.

Stay was great, staff very accommodating, room impeccable, bed very comfortable & a very diverse breakfast. Frequently hotel breakfasts are minimal & everything is high carb. As a diabetic, controlling it by diet - no meds, I must frequently go elsewhere to eat, but not here. There were many options that I could eat. Thank you so much.

I wanted to experience the Arc Encounter so I was there for a few days. The room looks exactly like the pictures but smaller. It served its purpose but transportation is a challenge. Uber will pickup you from the airport and take you back but that’s it. I was waiting for uber for a hour and a half to go to the Arc Encounter. Fortunately the front desk provided a taxi service and I really thank GOD for Eddie and his Courier Service. He’s amazing and I recommend him if you ever need transportation.
