Welcome to 3BR 2BA Modern Spacious Lake Home 4 Miles to LEGOLAND, a comfortable vacation home located on a peaceful 3-acre lakefront property on Lake Mariam in Winter Haven, Florida.

This listing is for the right-side unit of a duplex. When facing the building from the street, 1722 is the unit on the right. Each unit is separate and private. The shared area guests should expect is the on-site parking area.

The home is a great fit for families, couples, small groups, business travelers, and longer stays. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a full home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and an in-home laundry room with washer and dryer for guest use.

The kitchen is set up for convenient meals during your stay, with cookware, dishes, and basic essentials. The dining area provides space for meals, planning your day, or laptop use. The living room offers comfortable seating and a smart TV for relaxing after a day at LEGOLAND, local lakes, or Central Florida attractions.

The property is centrally located in Winter Haven, about 4 miles from LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Peppa Pig Theme Park, about 2 miles from Downtown Winter Haven and Winter Haven Hospital, and approximately one hour from Orlando-area attractions including Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. Travel times may vary based on traffic.

Nearby conveniences include grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, local lakes, and public boat ramp access. A car is recommended for getting around Winter Haven.

This condo is not New or Gorgeous. It is an average, run of the mill, slightly rundown, not very clean condo that is probably 25 years old. It's fine if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in this area, but not a vacation quality condo!

Nice little spot for families

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just as described. The location was very convenient to legoland and shopping. Our only recommendation is to stock extra linens, tp and dish towels. We couldn't find any bedding for the trundle and ran out of tp in one of the bathrooms. If we came back we would definitely stay again.

The third bed was basically a mattress on the floor, not good for ladies all in their 70’s

Vacation in Winter Haven

It was good overall. However, there was no laundry soap to do a laundry, inconvenient with two small children. Also, we enjoyed having a yard where the children could play, but weren’t happy with the piles of dog poo we had to be aware of. It would have helped to have a dustpan and broom handy for after meal clean-up. These were small items that could be readily taken care of, and the property was close to both Lego Land and Peppa Pig’s World, as advertised.

Some things good. Some things not.

Good communication, good location, easy check in. Windows were so dirty we washed them ourselves. Same for window tracks which we cleaned. Handle on patio door was broken when we arrived, but with no screen we did not open the door. Some mold and rust on the washing machine made it undesirable to use. Ceiling air vents were also very dirty.

Everything was as listed. We stayed to go to Legoland. It was close. The neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looked to be well supplied for cooking. We will stay here again if it is available on our next trip to Legoland.

Clean and convenient

We came for pre-fishing for a bass tournament. The property was convenient to all the places we needed. The property was clean and well maintained. Owners were super nice and worked well with our needs for boat parking.

Loved it!

We had a great experience here and great communication with the hosts. We would stay here again. It was perfect for our trip to legoland/peppa pig parks. I wasn’t sure how close it would be, but it was a super easy and quick drive from the parks. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
