Only 23 miles from Disney world and 35 miles to Universal Studios. 5 miles from Legoland Theme and Water Park. Amazing lake front home. Bring your boat and enjoy skiing, boating and fishing from private pier. Heated pool and Hot Tub. Lake Hamilton is large lake chain with 2,184 total acres.
This is a 3 Bed 3 Bath property with Bed 1: 2 king beds, Bed 2: 2 XL Twin Beds, Bed 3: 1 King Bed, Living Room: 1 Queen Pullout Couch. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, overlooking heated pool and Hot Tub. Laundry room with Washer/Dryer.

For Additional Space see Property ID: 2040150 (don't enter dates since I block this property for Main House guests only) This additional Suite it's own entrance kitchen, bath, King Size Bed, Queen Pull Out Couch and Laundry facilities. The suite may only be reserved with the rental of the main house at an additional cost of $150 per night with $150 cleaning fee. If you would like to lease the Hamilton House Suite along with the Main house please email me at ithree@comcast.net which will allow me unblock the dates you need.

We had the most amazing vacation! We were able to enjoy the lake and the pool! The house was very comfortable for our family of 5! Also the proximity of the house to Orlando was a plus as we were able to enjoy a day at Disney. There is also a beautiful restaurant across the lake which makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The owners were also very kind and super responsive to questions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! It will be a vacation we remember for a lifetime.

A great stay in a nice area on Winter Haven

The house like most in the immediate area is older and unique. The pool and sunrise every morning over the dock is beautiful. The property is quite treed and nicely landscaped. The layout is not the cookie cutter of new builds but provides quiet and privacy in the bedrooms and lots of rooms for families. We would happily stay here again.

Fantastic sunrise view over lake. Wonderfully serene, impeccably landscaped property. Close to many stores, shops, restaurants, yet the property itself seems like one's own little paradise. The most well-furnished property we've rented. We all really enjoyed pool time and appreciated that the pool was large enough for dad to toss the kids around a bit. The furnished grill is great. We used it twice. Fished from kayak several mornings, caught some bass, saw some gators, and saw lots of tilapia bedding near dock. Use caution on the dock and near the seawall, as some boards could use replacement.

A Perfect Fit

The house plus Annex was a perfect fit for my family. There was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. Everything was so clean and convenient. The sunrises were lovely. The pool was fun.

Great location and plenty of privacy. House was very clean and comfortable. Only real complaint was the king bed bedroom was pretty bare bones. No where to unpack your luggage to. Bathroom had nowhere to place toiletries. Had to live out of my suitcase for a few days. Hot tub was WAY over chlorinated.

Great family vacation

My wife, three year old daughter and I stayed at Heidi’s house for a family vacation. From the minute we booked her house, Heidi was quick to respond to any of our questions. The house looks just like the pictures and was very clean. There was plenty of room for our daughter to run around both inside the house and out. The pool was the highlight of the property, and we spent a majority of of our time swimming. We would definitely stay at Heidi’s house again!

Serenity on Lake Hamilton

Rented this property with family for Christmas, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Early mornings watching the sunrise over the lake were the best part of the day, and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals with the family to enjoy next to the pool. The hot tub was a complete surprise. The landscaping is beautiful. It was spacious enough to keep everyone separated enough for a quiet night of rest, but enough space to gather in common areas. The only thing I can think of that would make this rental better is additional lounge chairs/seating on the patio and pool areas and pool towels. Everything was else absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing gem
