As you approach, the unique architecture of this custom-built home immediately sets it apart, beautifully combining rough, earthy materials with sleek Mid Century lines. Inside, the décor blends modern design with a tasteful splash of retro desert-chic. Elegant use of wood, stone, and concrete surfaces echo the surrounding landscape, while designer accents, artistic touches, and premium appliances further elevate your stay. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors completely open up to let the magic of the desert inside, providing epic views of the desert and mountains during the day, as well as the magnificent star-filled sky at night.

The retreat holds three gorgeous bedrooms, each with direct outdoor access and a luxurious private bathroom. The master is particularly lush, offering extra space and a stunning spa-style en-suite with a unique geometric free-standing tub surrounded by a bed of natural stones. An open-plan kitchen and living area invites your group to dine, drink, relax, and create memories together. Outside you'll find a resort-style pool deck with a custom pool, hot tub, loungers, sofa, fireplace, grill, and outdoor shower. You'll also enjoy a completely finished garage game room with a pool table, lounge seating, and an extra refrigerator.

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit and the guidebook sent prior to check-in. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.

- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

Conveniently located near downtown Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and Pioneertown. Nearby attractions include Joshua Tree National Park, Black Rock Hiking Trails, Pioneertown, Pappy & Harriets, Downtown Joshua Tree, and Palm Springs.
15 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 20 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance. 12 minutes to Pioneertown, 5 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley. 40 minutes to Palm Springs.
