"I found the hotel clean and well located close to the airport. I was surprised there was no bell man to assist with the luggage despite being at a 5 star hotel. This could be added. In addition, I was not able to order room service despite calling several times- no one answered. I very much appreciated the late check out and the front desk staff was great. Overall a a wonderful stay but a few things could be improved upon. "

"The hotel was very nice, although tucked away from most shopping or dining places, the restaurants and bars were good. Our only negative was the breakfast was a little expensive and the spa service asked if we wanted firm pressure or light pressure and even though we asked for firm pressure and told the lady we wanted firm pressure it was more of a Rub down than a massage. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about our stay."

"Hotel looks very modern. The room is equipped with brand new furniture and all works well. The staff is so kind and helpful. Only issue I had is the noise done by other rooms upstairs. I have very positive to this hotel"
