"I am extremely disappointed with my stay, primarily due to the lack of transparency from this property. At no point prior to arrival was I informed that the hotel was under construction. I intentionally avoid booking properties under construction because they often lead to disruptions and issues—and that is exactly what happened here. Being placed in that situation without any notice, especially during a very busy weekend when relocating would have been significantly more expensive, was unacceptable. The handling of the water shutdown made the situation even worse. The night before checkout, I received a notice under my door stating the water would be turned off from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., despite checkout being at 11:00 a.m. Even more frustrating, the water was already off when I attempted to shower at 9:30 a.m., leaving me scrambling to make other arrangements just to get ready. What is most concerning is that I had a conversation with front desk staff the night before (one named Khufe, if I recall correctly) and even asked about a late checkout. Not once was the upcoming water outage mentioned. Failing to disclose something this significant, especially during direct interaction with a guest, is a serious lapse in communication. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a preventable situation caused by poor communication and lack of transparency, and it significantly impacted my stay."

"The front end attendant was completely rude (the middle eastern gentleman). The quality of the room was not good at all. The walls were dirty, there were spots on the sheets, rust stains in the tub, a phone receiver but no phone. Had bedbugs that we discovered the day of check when waking up that morning and my sister spots as a result of the bedbugs, as well as waking up to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. It was not a good experience nor the standard I’m used to when traveling."
