The staff made the stay wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the gift/coffee shop to the restaurant. The rooms were clean, and the building was well kept.

Ultra convenient

Hotel is fairly old but kept up nicely. Service was friendly and prompt. Room was large. Location attached to the airport for our flight was fantastic. It was a great experience.

Easy accessibility to airport. So convenient for those late night arrival or early morning departure. There is just one restaurant but the food we had was delicious. There is also a shop which has a mini deli and Starbucks Coffee.

We parked in an area clearly marked "Marriott". Upon check-in, the front desk (very nicely and kindly) suggested I move my car to a totally new area. I was very happy to receive this advice because where we had parked was $56 a night and moving the car would be $20 a night. We had to leave the garage, we were tired, and as out of town guests had to make more than one attempt. It would have been wonderful if the hotel had sent us an email or text about parking before we arrived. However, the front desk was incredibly patient and detailed the parking directions more than once. Also, we had 4 people in our party, but were given 3 towels. We had to ask for additional towels late in the night when we figured it out. With a very early flight (the reason we were staying overnight in Philadelphia in the first place) we had to wait up for the towel delivery. It was very nice of them to give us more towels though. The convenience of flying American Airlines is worth it as the hotel is quiet, clean, and very nice.

Great place to stay for early flights

If you have an early flight this is a great place to stay. You can walk to gates but be prepared because it gets busy (we had a 4:20 am departure and got there at 3:45 am and still took us over to 30 minutes to get through TSA).
