After considering the reviews I was worried. But my stay was great, especially since I was only in my room to sleep; most of my time was spent out of it. Managed to get early check in at 2:45pm and I think lines form at the elevators because people don’t understand them.

"We had a twin double bed room with a mini sette. It was great as a family of 3 adults and one child. Lots of places to charge our devices and plenty of counter space for the abundance of snacks that we ended up buying in the town centre.
Staff were extremely warm and polite. One helped carry my nephew down the lift and into the lobby as he wasn’t feeling well.
We didn’t eat at the hotel as we wanted to venture out into the food scene in New York City. But we did use the market downstairs as we were allocated a daily allowance of $15 to use there.
But overall, excellent cleanliness and staff. Only regret is not being able to go to the fitness centre as I was tired all day of exploring the city high and low. But it looked great upon first views. "
