"We loved the loft room we stayed in, and it was dog friendly. The decor was beautiful and unique. Being right in Union Station was great because we were able to catch a shuttle right out front for a concert at Red Rocks. The only drawback is parking and the $68 valet fee, but there really were no ..."

"This hotel was a very good option for my needs, which were to have a clean and comfortable place to stay within a short walk of the convention center. The hotel was also in a good location with respect to restaurants and shops, e.g. on the 16th St. Mall. The immediate surrounding area and the path to the convention center generally seemed safe, though some common-sense caution is prudent to exercise at night. The hotel offered a full and varied breakfast. The hotel was clean and well maintained with just some minor wear evident, which seemed reasonable given the building's age. The room had a nice view of the city. Minor negatives were that the room was a bit on the small side, the hot water in the shower was a bit finicky, and the walls were a bit thin (i.e. not very soundproof), though the neighbors got quiet before I was ready to turn in for the night. Overall, I thought that the hotel was a very good option for a business trip to downtown Denver and priced a bit lower than many of its downtown competitors."

"Loved the property and staff very helpful except the breakfast was such a big let down on all 3 mornings we arrived 1.5 hrs before closing time and hardly had the full breakfast line we were expecting to see, I had to ask the staff for certain items - our last morning was even more of a let down as when I asked for my yoghurt tubs ( not from the machine) I was told they had none left and were waiting for a delivery mind you it was a Tuesday morning so wasn’t the weekend- who ever does the orders backend in kitchen needs to control their stock better. A more healthier options would be good as well, with fresh fruit , as they hardly had cut fruit and the melon cut looked and tasted pre cut and stored in fridge for a couple of days."
