Great property in the middle of everything Amsterdam. Major attractions, great restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance or a short tram/bus ride away. When I arrived I was assigned a room that had not yet been serviced but it was a mix up that the management quickly fixed. They sent me to a new cleaned room right away and they offered us breakfast for the inconvenience. I would stay here again because I feel their staff is very customer service oriented and deals with small mix ups quickly. We also took an evening boat tour and the hotel was very close to the pick up location so that was very nice. They even had an outlet that was compatible with US power plugs which was pretty nice. Recommend staying here, if you are American you will be very comfortable .

The property location is central with Vondel park etc at a walkable distance.Has a Tram stop nearby. Staffs were great and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The Breakfast was average and not value for money, Asian and local items were totally missing,gets bored with it after 2 days.
