Clean, well equipped hotel

Just a quick stay before flight the next day and couldn’t fault it. Clean, had good facilities and a comfortable sleep. Half hourly shuttles to the airport from 4am made this the perfect choice and ran very well

This place is an absolute disaster. The manager absolutely needs to be fired. When the 3 of us arrived about 20:00 at night there were no sheets for the 3rd bed which was a pullout sofa. We had to get up early the next morning and had to wait about 90 minutes dor the bedding to arrive. The next day we got up and had a great breakfast and went out for the day. When we came back the place was suddenly packed with people and very noisy. The hotel was hosting the Spang Festival which is a carribean music festival outside on the hotel grounds. this went on until about 2300 at night making it difficult to sleep. clearly this was poorly planned. The manager absolutely needs to be fired for this chaotic mess. Additionally when we came back Sunday evening, our room was not cleaned. Then at about 1700 at night housekeeping shows up asking if we want our room cleaned. Also when we attempted to get dinner ay the carribean restaurant on the 9th floor which was nearly empty we were turned away because we did not have reservations. This was at 1930 at night. All I can say is this place needs an overhaul of management. this type of disaster is due to poor leadership and they all need to be fired.

Lovely hotel and we stay again

We had to stay in Amsterdam one night due to flight to Bôas and we booked this as it was close to the airport. It was such a nice hotel and it was a shame that we had to leave so early the next day. Would love to stay again. It’s not in a particularly great area Apart from it is close to the airport but the hotel itself is spotless and clean and really nice and warm and friendly.

Love this hotel and the pool and sauna/steam rooms are awesome. Sure I will be back someday and when I am I will come here. Airport shuttle to Schipol made it amazing for getting around. Great staff also

We booked this hotel for the night before our flight back home, and also after taking a train from Belgium. Super convenient because they have a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport/train station. Very clean and spacious and nice room amenities. We stayed in the apartment building side. The airplane was also cool! There's a restaurant, shops and a pool as well. Enough things to explore but we were too tired. Also, we didn't hear anything throughout the night, nice and quiet.
