Shuttle is easy to access for both directions. The room is clean. The staff at the reception were very sloppy and took too long time to figure out our check in. One reception staff with blonde hair was not polite.

I hadn't realized i would not be in the hotel but the apartment. It had everything one would need for a long stay. I didnt have many options on the tv and would have like to see the tv from bed.

This was a great hotel. We were upgraded from a standard room to an apartment and breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful (thank you, Lisa!) and helped us modify a dinner reservation and get a taxi. The hotel was very clean, the buffet great and there was free shuttle service to the airport every half hour. We were not there long enough to try out the pool or the cinema, but nice to know they existed. There is a small convenience shop as well. About a block from the hotel is a bus station with service into Amsterdam. Depending upon where you want to go, it may be easier to take the shuttle to the airport and the train to Centraal Station. I would definitely stay there again.

The service was beyond Excelent the staff were AAA + it's not a hotel it was like home the food was insane they even had turkish tea mediterranean buffet and more love the hotel I wish they had a location here in orange county love you guys
