After 10 hours trip with family arrived at hotel @2pm , my assistant called and emailed multiple times asking for possibly earlier check in. I booked two of their better side by side rooms. They said we had late check out and you need to wait a bit more. After complaining few times, they offered temporary small room to stay till our rooms gets ready, I called multiple times for our luggages to be sent to temp room to at least be able to change our clothes and got completely ignored, finally around 5pm we got our rooms. Before leaving the room someone came to check the bar in case we touched it, had one coffee from espresso machine and while she was replacing it, said no worries it’s free!!. Went for dinner and got the email with charges from spa, back to hotel and asked why we have been charged and after checking few times they said it was mistake from previous stay.Next morning asked for room service breakfast, American breakfast with extra bread, all we got was bread jam and orange juice for 50 euros including tips already added (only thing they remember) 
It’s good looking hotel with absolutely horrible service, awful check in experience, any excuses to charge. I would never come back or recommend this hotel to no one. This hotel is not average price, it’s expensive, you would expect certain levels of service and experience, as gold member of the hotels.com I have to mention this was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced in last 15 years of my membership.
