The Hotel and public areas were extremely clean as was my room. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked a cosy room which was far from small having read a review to the contrary. I loved my room. I would stay there again.

We ordered food at the bar, a hour later the waiter came back saying they forgot it. The room was a broom closet, across from the hotel. There was a terrible smell of eggs in the room. There was also 10 giant fans on the roof outside the room making noise all night. Worst W hotel I have stayed in.

Our stay at the W was an absolute experience! We were celebrating our anniversary, and Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond — we arrived to find champagne, roses, and chocolates waiting in our room. We were also treated to complimentary drinks at the W Lounge, which was such a lovely touch. The entire team, from the bell staff to housekeeping to the concierge, was exceptionally hospitable and courteous. Thank you for making our anniversary so special and memorable!
