This Vacation Home is larger than most others in the area.Luxurious, elegant, and spacious with an open Living room with 60"Tv and (4more tv in the rooms)Dining Room with table/6 chairs, Family Room with fireplace, Large Kitchen fully functions and well stock with everything you need (refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, blender,Dishwasher and another table/6 chairs.Multiple rooms open onto a large covered Patio, with longing , fire pit and 65 jets Hot Tub with 6 seats for your family and friends to enjoy ,you can also see the firework from Disneyland during the night timeI from the backyard. Next to the patio it's a Game Room with pool table and Foosball offer plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The site stated that there was a BBQ grill and when we arrived there was a dirty Blackstone electric griddle and no electric cord to even use it. When I complained about it, I was told sorry for the inconvenience and that they have wanted to throw the griddle away. When I complained again, they at least came and cleaned the griddle and ran an electric cord so it could be used. When we tried the griddle with cooking steaks, the electric could not compare to a BBQ grill as stated in the amenities.

This home is definitely a unique home and fit all of our needs and more with six couples, each of us having our own bathroom and shower along with plenty of place for us to mingle and gather! Overall an amazing place to stay and definitely would stay again! Also very close to Disneyland parks with a quick five minute drive! We got the pleasure of meeting one of the owners that do live across the street and they were very kind and professional! 5 STARS!!

Perfect for a big group with enough rooms to accommodate 4 couples plus the kids room. Very spacious and tidy upon arrival. Kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. If you happen to stay in the master bedroom, it has the lighter ac unit so room is not as cold. But if you don’t prefer the cold, then the room temp is perfect. Overall, my whole group enjoyed our stay, especially in a safe neighborhood.

Everyone enjoyed staying here, they had bottled water and some snacks out that everyone enjoyed. House was clean and very nice neighborhood. Host answered questions quickly. For a big group this was a great place to stay.

Photos are "exactly" what the rental is. This is a great rental if you're looking for lots of bedrooms close to Disney and going to be at the park most of the time. The house has been converted into a 6 bedroom, 6 bath rental. Because of the conversion, the floor plan is a little "unique". Such as getting to the back patio/hot tub space requires either walking through bed rooms, or walking out and around outside the home from the dining room. The game room is the garage. that's not clear from the photos. We were there Nov 2024, the 50 degree evenings made the garage/game room not all that usable. its a nice rental unit. Lots of bedrooms. Close to Disney and the Anaheim Convention Center.

Excellent home for a large group

We enjoyed this home with our group of 15 making our annual trip to Disneyland. Every room had its own private bathroom and there was plenty of space to gather together. The home was clean except there were bugs in the front bedroom. Not sure how they were getting in. I wish there would have been a few more towels with the showering off requirement before using hot tub. I wanted to give it a 5, but couldn’t because of the 2 things.

Family stayed here for a week at Disneyland. House was perfect and the communication with owner was great! The hot tub was nice too after 3 days of Disney. Lol. Highly recommend!

Fourth of July Trip

House is close to Disney Theme parks. House is spacious with 6 rooms. Getting in to home was a little tricky because you do need to wait a few seconds after entering pin. Entering home you will see several laminated signs of do this and don’t. Not very welcoming when you see rules everywhere . With all the instructions on cleaning I’m surprised there’s a cleaning fee applied. There is an ant problem in several parts of the home. We found ants in our beds, crawling on table, sofa and counters. I actually had to throw my bagel away because returning from the bathroom, I already had several ants on top of my bagel. For those traveling with a family and wanting to cook breakfast or dinner in kitchen, you have to cook your meat outside per written; posted rule. This is a con for us hoping we could stay and relax at this expensive home we rented. We felt there were so many rules we just occupied most of our time being out. Waste of money for us. We did communicate ant problem to host and she told us where any spray was. We chose not to spray an insecticide while we were there. We also did lock ourselves out of home and they were there to let us in within 15 minutes.

Great place for Disney!

This property is great for large families going to Disney! Super close and plenty of space for multiple families! Kids loved the hot tub and separate game room. The only things we couldn’t find was a peeler & cutting board in the kitchen but other than that - this property has everything you need! Grocery stores and shopping super close you can walk if you want. You’ll love staying here! *the floors were a bit dirty though and socks and feet showed it. Perhaps housekeeping will clean floors better before your stay!*

This property has six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom making it perfect for big family and groups of friends to share communal space, but still have privacy. Great place for family and friends to gather.
