This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has recently been renovated to include many modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, but with additional bedding options, up to 8 guests can be accommodated. A pack-n-play, high chair, and many other baby necessities can also be provided upon request.
Located in downtown Anaheim, our home is within walking distance of restaurants, markets, and the newly restored Anaheim Packing House, where you will find many wonderful dining options.


Other things to note:
This property is not wheelchair accessible. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of a duplex. Guests will need to enter using the stairway.

The whole place was neat and clean. Had all the amenities necessary. Beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows. The front of the house is deceiving compared to the inside. The garage was perfect for keeping my car safe. It was a nice 35 minute walk to Disneyland. The only negative was the bathtub took about 30 minutes to drain. Had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend for a family that is visiting Disneyland or any other place in the area.

We had a great stay, the house was perfect for us we were in town to run the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon and this house was perfect. There were 3 adult couples that stayed here and we all had enough room no complaints. The house is very close to Disneyland, we watched the fireworks out the bedroom windows every night. We did not rent a car and just Ubered to the parks every day which was very reasonably priced beings we were so close. We flew in and out of the John Wayne airport which was also close to the house about a 15 min Uber ride. The host was great we had great communication and she was very accommodating to us and our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic

First. The owner was great. I had a situation arise and she allowed me to book short notice. Then she communicated with me any time i would reach out. It is the second floor of the duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had 6 kids staying with me for a basketball tournament and had plenty of room. The 2 showers wwre a life saver. It's an older property, but she did a great job with the remodel. About 7 minutes from Disney. It's not a 4 start hotel, but it was definitely comfortable for us. Thank you so much.

I felt deceived

Pictures are not accurate. 1. kitchen doesn’t flow into a washroom - there’s a wall blocking access to the washer. 2. Every window has a HUGE air conditioning unit - not pictured. 3. There’s no picture of the front of the house- very scary looking in person 4. Only one room has a dresser to place items on. 5. Furniture in the living space is extremely dirty. 6. The owner notifies me the DAY OF checkin that only one bathroom is available. From the looks of the place, I believe the owner knew prior to my booking. Offered a discount, but had I known there wasn’t a washer AND bathroom, I would have definitely cancelled. Oh lastly, the bathroom tub is EXTREMELY slippery

There was a last minute problem with the secon bathroom. The owner apologized just the day before and refunded one night for this repair.The instructions included the garage control but the owner did not allow to use it, because, again the garage is under remodeling.Therefore, we needed to park on the lot outside side, opening and closing a difficult gate attached with a lock, everything too cumbersome and inconvenient. Not the Marriott but worked very well!

First, the good. Very convenient and close to Disney. Anna, the host was very responsive and during an abnormal weather situation, the home got cold, (there is no central air / heat) but Anna took care of us and provided us 2 new space heaters and electric blankets.The rooms are spacious and beds are decent. Kitchen is great and worked very well. Note, the second bathroom is under renovation, so their is only one bathroom which was tight for 5 of us, but we made it work.The switch to the light for the bathroom is not by the door to the bathroom but on the other side of the vanity. The switch by the door is a fan. So that made overnight bathroom visits a challenge.The faucet in the shower needs to be replaced. It works, but the adjustment is stiff. Otherwise the shower is great.There were plenty of towels for your crew and they are high quality.We didn't watch TV but the main area has a TV with Roku built in.The only complaint we had about bedding is that the couch converts to a bed and the bed side was dirty and needs steam cleaned.: Parking is fine if you park on the street earlier in the evening. All the spaces fill up and you'll end up parking a street away. The garage is available but we didn't use it as we found street parking.The biggest.complaint is the dog next door is very aggressive. Although fenced in, he tends to bark a lot especially at night so just be aware.If you are looking g for a decent place to stay close to Disney, I feel this is great!

Disney weekend stay

The property is a work-in-progress. One of the bathrooms and the laundry were not available. The duplex is in need of many updates since it was built in 1910. It has an old home smell and requires portable heaters to warm each room on cooler days/evenings. The host was great with communication and accommodating our requests. One thing out of the hostess control was the next door dog barking all night, and the rooster from a different neighbor.

Good location for Disney

It's about 7 minutes from Mickey and Friends or Pixar parking. When it came to parking, I would recommend not bringing oversize vehicles - there just isn't a great space to park them. Other vehicles would work well there. It worked for what we needed, a place to sleep while we were gone all day.

Perfect for stay with Kids!

We were so happy to be able to stay somewhere so convenient to Disney and with so many child friendly amenities! My kids were so happy with the toys! The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!

Nice stay

The property is clean and very spacious. We loved having a garage space and clean space. If you are staying here do bring the essentials like a blow dryer and shampoos and soaps. We thought those would be provided like most rentals but it was a quick trip to Walmart to purchase. Disneyland park is not walking distance like we thought it would be. You will have to Uber so take that into account. The neighborhood is predominantly Hispanic and Asian mix. It was pretty loud over the weekend with neighbors throwing parties and playing loud music but we were so tired that we just passed out even with the noise. We liked the property and used it mainly to just get sleep and get ready for Disneyland and weren’t around much.. I think if you have realistic expectations then this property is perfectly fine. The owners were kind and super responsive.
