Homeless guys walking around the paid "secured" parking and smoking weed right in front of the main entrance. The Elevator was not working and seemed unsafe. The staff was using the guest Elevator to transport trash literally trash. The woman who checked us in Anita was rude and gave us little to no information on how to use our room keys for the Elevator levels.

Great hotel and service

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The staff were so helpful and they made us feel at home. The chef at the bistro in the hotel was excellent and friendly. We would stay at this hotel for our vacation.

Everything is great. The only downfall is that my family was excited to use the pool and to find out the pool was completely closed until September 10, 2025. But other than that our stay is going smoothly.
