Didn't get to check in until 4:45pm when the check in time shows 3pm. When I went to my room there were hairs in the bed and on our shower towels. I took it to the front desk to show and they gave me new ones. The toiled leaked everywhere anytime you flushed it and the individuals at the front desk were rude. I have never had an experience like this at a hotel before and will not be coming back to this one.

Nice hotel close to Disney. Easy to get to, not as easy to get out, but it works. Would stay again.
