To be honest when we arrived we were worried because we were told there was a plumbing issue and we had to stay in the next building. When we went to the building they were under renovations and I was hesitant. We were received by such welcoming people and they were apologetic and waive parking fee. We als had a upgraded room. The services received was beyond concierge. We enjoyed our time and would come back and recommend to others. A 10/10.

The smoke alarm was chirping for the first 3 days of the trip. Was given a walk-in shower room that does not completely drain with no ceiling ventilation. Towel rack was ripped out by a previous guest and patched poorly. When I let the staff know I was supposed to have a bathtub in my room they stated since I booked w Expedia vs the hotel directly that they couldn't make that accomodation. This was slightly upsetting since it was listed as a deluxe king room and I felt it was anything but. Unfortunately was unable to use the pool or hot tub since it rained the entire visit but I imagine it was fun for those who do get to use it.

I made a reservation for a two bed deluxe room and was given a one bed room and when I asked the front desk they said it was sold out they didn’t have any more rooms available so I had to stay in the one bed room.

I typically stay at Sonesta properties in San Francisco, where the service and overall experience have always been excellent. Unfortunately, my stay at the Sonesta in Anaheim did not meet the same standard. There was no continental breakfast offered, the toilet frequently clogged, and the internet connection was unreliable. Given the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. I was very disappointed and will not be staying at this location again.
