Cost effective place to stay in Anchorage. Location was convenient to downtown, but a bit of a hike to some popular locations on the western side. Room was nice, but not as clean as it could have been. Some remodeling has taken place, but not of the highest quality. This is a functional place to stay that does the job.

Good place to stay in Anchorage

Great location in downtown Anchorage. Laundry facility onsite is a plus. Comfortable bed, sofa bed not so much. Friendly and helpful host.

A clean property and a good value. Beds were comfy and the room was cozy. Remote check in was very convenient. Breakfast provided was also good though lacking gluten free or vegan options. Overall a great stay and great value in Anchorage.

Jeff is managing the property who is well deserved to get 10 STARS!!!! He is an excellent supportive person who is always there just a phone call away and he was very helpful in sharing about the city, tourist info and even went above and beyond to help me when there was a sold out condition..... He arranged to pick up our staff and kept in the office and handed over.... I will strongly recommend Arctic Fox and Jeff to anybody who needs help and not know about Anchorage area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was so easy and they did leave options for breakfast which was really nice. The only thing that could make it better would be a personal fridge in the room.

Great rooms for family or friends

The apartment fit the bill for 5 people traveling together. We had all of the conveniences of home. Our intention was to use mass transit for our expedition. We were 0.6 miles to the train station, 0.8 miles to the transit station, and civic center. We could walk to a bus stop to get to the transit station and then the airport. Private parking was available and free. We had access to a laundry room on the premises. Jeff was more than helpful. We made the right choice here.

Don’t let the location on the outskirts of downtown deter you; we found it walkable to shops and restaurants and Anchorage market if you want to walk there. The place was spotless and ALL beds were super comfortable! Plus they had some firm and some squishy pillows which was great. Truly a hidden gem! We would stay again.

Nice

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Nice views of the mountains and the downtown area. The only issue was the car noise that we could hear thru our windows but that was called out before we rented the place. Would consider it again if we’re back in the area.

Our stay was okay. When booking the property we thought we got our own apartment based on the pictures so we felt a bit misled but it was ok. The common areas were shared and you stay in a room at the “inn”. It used to be an apartment so it felt like that vibe. All instructions were given virtually and there was no check in staff. I asked two questions about the remote and the light and it went unanswered. I’d be worried if there was an emergency since they never responded to my question. The place was nice in that it was walking distance to downtown and mostly clean but the fan was very dirty. We did appreciate all the breakfast items offered. However the place was close to a few homeless centers so it felt a bit unsafe at times walking in and out of the property. We did not hear the train noise luckily but the seagulls were really loud haha.
