- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana/drugs at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes the front porch. You WILL be charged for the use of an Ozone machine and the cost to launder any additional linens if you choose to smoke in the building.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.

Smoking of ANY kind = $500 and up
Unapproved late check out = every 30 mins after 11 am AKST is an additional $75
Non-disclosed overnight guest = $50 per night per person
