Coffee, tea and ice water 24/7. Staff was extremely helpful. Didn't have breakfast but the menu sounded great. We left every day at a very early time. Beds were very comfortable. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

Fridge didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush properly. Furniture was wore out, big dents/ scratches on wall from furniture. Dated, broken bedside clock. I didn't appreciate there was no breakfast included. Although advertised in Expedia that a limited breakfast available. The only thing available was coffee. I could have stayed at the hotel next door with a bigger pool, breakfast included and for a lower cost. This hotel although nice, really needs an upgrade.

Dirty and poor customer service at check in.First room 236 toliet didn't work. Second room 211 not much better. Will not stay there again. Doees not meet Crown Royal standards.

Overall staff not very helpful. House keeping did not clean the sinks and toilets, would only give us 3 sets of towels when clearly paid for 4 travelers. The hot water kept running out, green tea kept running out .Overall mediocre service.

It was one night stay after a long Alaska vacation. We had to shift to a different room as first allotted room was under remodeling/repairs. I don’t think it is worth paying 340+ for a night

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were great. Breakfast buffet was included for us. A short walk to SBUX and Bear Paw restaurant. Would stay again.
