Got to our room and had no towels or wash clothes, just floor mates and hand towels. Went to desk and asked for some. They said house keeping would bring some. Other people were waiting as well. 2 hours later the desk called and told me to come get them. I explained I had a knee injury and walking was difficult and I was at the farest end of the hall. She told me to have my husband come get them. I explained he was asleep. There was a long silence. Then she said she would bring one. I asked for 3. She groaned. When she came to the room. She was rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

I stayed here for a week and had a good overall experience. The hotel was generally tidy, and the breakfast service was very prompt each morning. Housekeeping did need the occasional reminder, but everything was handled once requested. There’s plenty of parking available, which is a big plus—I’d highly recommend hiring a car if you’re visiting Anchorage, especially if you plan to drive out to places like Seward, Girdwood, or Sutton. The fireplace in the entryway was a nice welcoming touch. The heating system in the room was a little outdated and the thermostat took some figuring out, but the maintenance man, Jamie, was really lovely and very helpful. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and I’d consider returning.

Room was fine, we arrived after midnight and I had called the day before to confirm we could get picked up by the airport shuttle. Upon arrival at the airport, no answer at the hotel. Took a taxi over and front desk staff didn't have an explanation other than they were 'busy'

My tow sister and I stay in this hotel and the staff’s nice, friendly, and helpful . The carpet is old but we just need convenient and everything is closed such as shopping mall, airport, and supermarket that’s we needed.

This property is very run down. Carpets and tile throughout are dirty. There was hair all over in the shower to the point I doubt it was cleaned. And paint falling off the ceiling. Parking lot was poorly lit up with lots of individuals wondering around close by all night. Pool area is in horrible disrepair. Our feet were covered in flaking paint from the area around the pool. The inside is also peeling off. Pool water was cold. Stay somewhere else for the price. Would have switched hotels if we were staying more than one night.

The TV had issues changing channels, we had to turn the TV off and on three times to get it to change channles. The rug outside of the pool was soaking wet, there were no clean towels in the pool area and there was only one bath towel in the bathroom in the room itself. The staff were friendly however when we arrived we were informed that there were no rooms available eventhough I prepaid and pre-checked in, though after about 10 minutes of checking they found us a room.
