Got to our room and had no towels or wash clothes, just floor mates and hand towels. Went to desk and asked for some. They said house keeping would bring some. Other people were waiting as well. 2 hours later the desk called and told me to come get them. I explained I had a knee injury and walking was difficult and I was at the farest end of the hall. She told me to have my husband come get them. I explained he was asleep. There was a long silence. Then she said she would bring one. I asked for 3. She groaned. When she came to the room. She was rude. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

several lightbulbs burned out or missing. bathroom sink fixtures broken. not enough towels. window curtains not attached properly. no channel guide for the tv. un repaired gouges on the walls. There was a lot of deferred maintenance. The location is good and the place is fairly clean.

1st room was very smell bad,I had to ask the front desk to change our room and she did.Second room was open and it seems like there was somebody just got up from the bed because beddings was messy and even the pillows.So I had to report it to the front desk.Third change of room was okay but there was a guy knocking on our door looking for a a woman and we were scared!I wont go back there anymore.Property is close to the airport and staff are nice.thankful for the front desk for changing our room three times.

The room was dirty. Bathroom had hair in shower and pee on the toilet. The end table was covered in dust and the fridge had dried food on the shelves inside. Kerig machine but no pods to make coffee.

The lady at the counter was condescending and rude, admitted the area wasnt safe and all she cared about was watching her daughter! She was a horrible emloyee and extremely agrivating.we will not be staying here again . If this is a 9 3 hotel, I would hate to see a 9!

Absolutely horrible. Mold everywhere even in the fridge. Dirty amenities out of order signs all over. The place had no clean towels to give us the room was filthy and so moldy absolutely worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
