I stayed here for a week and had a good overall experience. The hotel was generally tidy, and the breakfast service was very prompt each morning. Housekeeping did need the occasional reminder, but everything was handled once requested.
There’s plenty of parking available, which is a big plus—I’d highly recommend hiring a car if you’re visiting Anchorage, especially if you plan to drive out to places like Seward, Girdwood, or Sutton. The fireplace in the entryway was a nice welcoming touch.
The heating system in the room was a little outdated and the thermostat took some figuring out, but the maintenance man, Jamie, was really lovely and very helpful. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and I’d consider returning.
